Hereby we're trying to explain every details to make our customers know how these equipments work.

We seperate the whole equipments into several parts,including decapper,outer washer,inner washer,filler,capper and also light inspection.

Our most advantage is to install 450BPH,600BPH,900BPH,1200BPH.Let's take 450BPH as an example,

1.Decapper:Automatic,steady working;

2.Outer washer:We use rotary outer washer to make our bottles cleaning completely and also save some space.The rotary technology is used to make bottle 100% cleaning by different angle's nozzles.Currently only our company insists in this high advanced technology for a 5 gallon bottling line;

Optional,we will use 450BPH for linear outer washer,although it's not as good as rotary outer wahser,we consider it's good enough for that.

3.Inner washer:Our inner washer gets 9 working station to cleaning the inside of water by using alkaine,Hot water,disinfectant to make the bottle inside completely clean.

4.Filler/Capper:We use rotary technology which is the most steady for a big water plant.It is very steady according to customer's feedback;

Customers care about after-service much more than the cost for first installation since the whole line is designed to keep run more than 5 or 6 years.We believe that not very manufacturer can make sure for that and they don't know how to make the machine keep running for such a long time.

Thus we establish our afterservice department in Dubai and in East Europe and in Australia and in China headquarters.We believe such afterservice centers will help our customer and feel ease when they're using our 5 gallon bottling machines.
